Who we are

Michael Frühauf
For over 10 years, Michael Frühauf, a trained business economist, has been supporting projects throughout the entire HR lifecycle – from recruiting, compensation and HR IT to people analytics and change management. He brings structure to complexity, takes responsibility and gets started when others are still sorting things out.
Whether large corporations or SMEs – he knows the practical side of things and has successfully supported clients in banking, industry, healthcare and public administration. What sets him apart: clear communication on equal terms, consistent assumption of responsibility, calm leadership even in challenging phases – and a keen sense of where impact is created and what it takes to achieve it.

Traveling together
